Nghia has a firm ambition to ensure IDMC becomes a real estate leader, and continuously works on delivering sustainable business strategies.

Mai Anh Phong has held senior positions at Kinh Do, Savills, Gamuda, and FLC, and has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He has managed notable projects like Kinh Do Building, Thang Long Number One Building, Bamboo Tower, and Gamuda Urban Area. He has secured deals with esteemed clients such as HSBC, VPBank, Ingenico, SML, Mobiphone, Starbucks, and KFC.
