JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Looking for customers who want to rent Offices and Real Estate that the Company is managing
  • Show customers the product. Consulting, Taking care of customers signing lease contracts
  • Develop business, fulfil individual targets on leasable area according to the assigned plan
  • Coordinate with Setup Department to complete the premises and hand over to new tenants
  • Store Customer information
  • Working time: Office hours, Sunday off

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education and professional qualifications: College graduate or higher
  • Age: From 22 to 35 years old
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position in Real Estate

Qualities needed for the job

  • Sensitive, quickly grasp the psychology and emotions of customers
  • Able to work independently or in a team under high pressure

Expertise

  • Basic knowledge of regulations and laws related to real estate
  • Understand the terms and conditions of the rental contract
  • Understanding the real estate market, other factors affecting real estate

Essential skills for the job

  • Good communication skills, contract negotiation skills
  • Skills to find new customers and take care of old customers
  • Foreign language: English communication
  • Proficient in office computer skills, Able to use real estate customer management software.
  • Ability to diversify methods of finding customers in many different forms
  • Good appearances

WORK REQUIREMENT

  • Education, qualification: College graduate

  • Having 2 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Real Estate
