Job Description

• Regularly supervise the maintenance of services such as air conditioning system, elevator, fire protection system, generator, security control system and other common service equipment of the building. well operated
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems of systems installed in the building
• Carrying out repair work to ensure fire and explosion safety and electrical safety while repairing and maintaining equipment and systems
• Maintain and ensure that the repair equipment and services of the building are carried out quickly and efficiently
• Take appropriate precautions to ensure that there is no congestion on the common walkways or parking spaces of the building
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Desired skills and experience
• At least 01 year of working experience related to the technical system of office buildings/buildings, factories
• Able to work under pressure
• Eager to learn, scientific and professional working style
• Graduated from upper secondary school majoring in: Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration, Elevator, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning
