Established Toyota My Dinh (IDMC My Dinh 1), one of the first high-rise offices on Pham Hung Street.
2013
Established the 3-star Hoa Dao Hotel, IDMC’s first hotel.
2016
Established Urban Transport Complex (IDMC Tay Ho), a complex with hotels, offices, apartments, kiosks, and warehouses.
2019
Established IDMC My Dinh 2, the current headquarters of the ICD complex.
2020
Established IDMC Duy Tan at the heart of the vibrant ICT hub in Cau Giay, a prime business environment.
2022
The Day Maker café system increases business. On July 14, the first IDMC Duy Tan coffee store opened. After such success, we launched our second IDMC My Dinh 2 store on July 28.
2023
Established IDMC Hoan Kiem in Hanoi’s Old Quarter overlooking Phan Dinh Phung and Quan Thanh streets.
Partnered with Accor and launched the five-star Movenpick Living West Hanoi hotel in Cau Giay district in November 2023.
